International Children’s Festival May 29 - June 2, 2012
The International Children's Festival in St. Albert is one of the longest running Children's Festivals in North America, attracting close to 60,000 participants over 5 days, at the end of May. During the five days of the Festival, children will experience sights and sounds of many different cultures while learning through the medium nearest and dearest to their hearts - by playing! Our mainstage events feature a host of international artists from Scotland, Netherlands, USA, Nunavut, Mexico, Cuba, New Zealand, and (of course) Canada offering performances of puppetry, music, dance, acrobatics, clowning and theatre that will amaze and delight. www.childfest.com

Rock’n August August 7 - 11, 2012
This international car show and music festival takes St. Albert by storm for five days in August. Classic cars from all decades descend on St. Albert. These cars are the center of attention as they pop their hoods for anyone to have a look. This event features pancake breakfasts, a car parade, a 50’s style street dance, a show n’ shine, as well as a dinner, dance and silent auction. All proceeds of this event are donated to the Alberta Diabetes Foundation. www.rocknaugust.com
Rainmaker Rodeo May 2012

Rotary Music Festival April 2-5 and 10-14, 2012
This annual showcase of talent is a rich learning experience as expert adjudicators encourage and inspire artistic as well as personal growth in a supportive environment. Students and teachers look forward to this unique opportunity and return each year.
The St. Albert Rotary Music Festival has celebrated 31 years in St. Albert. With 1,000 entries a year, local participants have been successful at the provincial and national festivals as well.
